Husmates works like most popular dating apps. But instead of creating romantic connections, our mission is to help you find the perfect partner or group of people to co-own property with.

Create a Profile.

The first step to finding like-minded co-owners to match with, is to sign up and create a free Husmates profile. Tell us about your lifestyle, aesthetic, financial landscape and real estate goals. The more descriptive you are, the more accurate the Husmates matchmaking process will be.

Match!

From the Husmates dashboard, browse profiles of like-minded, potential co-owners in your area. When you see a profile of someone you think could be compatible as a co-owner, click the “match” button, a notification will be sent asking your match if they would like to match you too. If the feeling is mutual, you and your new match will be connected over chat!

Chat

Once a mutual match is established, the chat function will be unlocked in your dashboard and you’ll be able to directly message your match through your Husmates profile. Chatting is your time to share more about your reasons for pursuing co-ownership and see where you and your new match are compatible. Search Properties

Exploring properties is not only one of the most exciting parts of potential homeownership; it’s also a great way to get to know more about your fellow Husmates’ criteria. Search, like, save, and share listings right from the Husmates platform. Chat with your matches about what features in a home fall under your “needs and wants,” track market trends, and start to paint a picture of your ideal co-ownership property.

When you see a property listing that you want to know more about, just use the “Book a Tour” button and a co-ownership real estate specialist will connect with you!
